This was a new install, the customer paid over $9000.00 for all this work. Note; the whole job was installed improperly, unsafely, against codes, ect. To make matters worse the customer had been told for a year and half, that the upstairs unit was working. The customer was told it just takes a while to heat up. The upstairs was never finished and never started in the heat mode. This customer had to have us take out both systems and reinstall these back to some sort of normalcy.
