Preventative maintenance is very important on any system. However being the owner of a new house with a home warranty or maybe you purchase your home warranty though your mortgage company. It is very important for proper maintenance checks; this will help reduce operating cost, lengthen the life of the system, and does not give your home warranty a reason for denial of a claim do to the lack of maintenance.
