Do I have to use a unit the insurance company is supplying? Yes, if you don't want to be out of pocket any additional money then the answer is, yes you do. However a lot of customers opt to take a Cash Out on the amount the insurance company will have involved in the claim.

How Long does it take to get a major repair approved and then installed? In most cases, 7 to 10 working days.
