Mike has been in this HVAC business since 1975. Mike started in the business by riding with his father Ted Egan at the age of 14. Mike attended Tech school earning an Associate Degree in this field.
In the early 1980's Mike ventured into his first HVAC business, while learning there was more to business than owning a set of tools. In the late 80's Mike reunited with his father as a service tech, while climbing the ladder & learning more of the business side.
In 1993 Mike's father retired due to heart problems. He ran the service end of the business for 5 years, before his father came out of retirement and started another company. Mike, wanting a change of climate and loving Tennessee decided to relocate to Tennessee.
Mike left South Carolina giving his customer base back to his father and moved to Tennessee in 1998 and looks forward to retiring here in 30 years.

Chasity Egan Vice President/Owner
Chasity grew up in the business, worked along side her father’s family owned 2nd generation HVAC business. Sometimes you could catch her in the truck and other times helping in the office.
She brings unique experience and an excellent understanding of our customers needs. She has added to the families HVAC background by being the 3rd generation in HVAC field.
She attends seminars related to the HVAC business to stay abreast of changing technologies, and customer related materials. Currently as of 2006, Chasity is taking on the tough job of Marketing and Customer retention.
